Service Description
Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat macular issues, such as strains and sports injuries. However, it also can be used in a variety of other ways to help with back & neck pain, muscle discomfort, & general maintenance. By applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues, it helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give at least 4 hours notice. I do not mind a cancellation, but if I am not given enough notice it can be difficult to get a new client in.
